Dubai’s cemented jungle-Not a bad choice for honeymoon
There are people who like spending their honeymoon in the middle of golden sand beaches and titled date palms of Pacific islands; and then there are people who choose Dubai.
Dubai is also like a jungle with a lot of trees, except for: the trees are made of cement and steel.
I have met many people who willingly opt for Dubai as the perfect honeymoon spot. Why? Because it is worth it. Consider the following aspects:
Dubai is an epic example of man-made recreational heaven. Rich sheikhs have literally developed the real estate of Dubai in every possible way to minimize, if not nullify, its inherent climatic issues. Take for instance the climate controlled domes to fight back the burning heat and the indoor surfing pools if you don’t like the seasonal jelly wish in Dubai’s freshwater.
Plus, Dubai has the perfect treat for your shopaholic impulses. Dubai malls are filled with international brands, factory outlets and a handful of local shops. It is a common impression that Dubai is very expensive, but the truth is: Dubai hosts famous international/designer brands, which would be expensive in any corner of the world. There is no such thing as ‘pay-me-extra-10-bucks-because-we-are-in-Dubai’ when it comes to shopping.
Summing it all up, if you are a person who loves parks, shopping, museums and hoteling then Dubai will be a life-time experience for you because it is designed to host all man-made pleasures. On the flip side, if you are a nature lover, then never choose Dubai as a honeymoon spot-it will only leave you tired and cranky.
